the average review for most apartments are in the upper 40%. how in the world would this apartment be in the 90's' I apologize if i am mistaken, but this just seems too obvious and WRONG. i visited these apartments and found it to be nothing special. For the price, the quality of the apartments did not justify it.
If you start reading some of these reviews, they usually mention the same things which gives it away in my opinion. The chances of all these "reviewers" choosing to write about the same specific details is highly improbable. To mention a few: 1) washer and drier is free 2) the staff is just so unbelievably wonderful (this one is just excessive) 3) real wood fireplace (why would any renter mention this' i could see this remark as part of a sales pitch from management...) 4) the staff doesn't change. These are just a few ones i kept seeing, except for the fireplace remark which i only saw once.
i understand the apartment renting market is very competitive, but for the management to write false reviews is seriously unethical and debatably deserving of litigation. Also, to do such a thing is simply bad business. If people can see through all these false reviews, which i believe most can, your apartment business' reputation could be compromised.
in regards to what i wrote above, i am fairly convinced that most of the reviews are the management's doing, but "fairly" is not absolute. without concrete evidence, i will not state anything in absolute terms for the sake of my conscience. so i would like to say that i could be wrong, and if i am, i apologize to everyone.

these apartments really are that great. I will admit, I thought they were pretty, etc., but once we moved in, they really do take care of you. After some other not great apartment complexes, this place really is as great as the reviews. I promise! I lived on the NW side of Indy, and the place was crap. River Ridge has been a surprising find.
