I loved living hear and most residents would have to agree(hence the high ratings). It is on the pricey side so you would have to have sufficent income to live here but it's well worth it. I didn't experience problems like most people do when giving apartment reviews such as unresponsive maintance, rude staff, safety issues. Love to keep living here but rising in the rent fare to be too much for me to handle. Great location on 96th where everything is. The only thing that was bad was I CONSTANTLY heard my neighbor upstairs walking back and forth but that prob in any apartment you would live in.
