Overpriced; junky; unfriendly staff. Don't waste your time on this dump! After living here for nearly two years, I have noticed the following: trash left out on many patios, as well as dog crap, shoddy fixtures, paper-thin walls and ceiling, mold growing inside the window frames, carpet that stains and wears away easily, and kitchen cabinets and appliances that are out-of-date. I am also sorely disappointed with River Road's management staff. They are rude, difficult, and unprofessional. How could this be the northside of Indianapolis' River Road Apartments are junky, overpriced, eyesores that are crying for a visit from the Marion County Health Department. P.S. Don't swim in the pool!
