Recently there has been alot of snow in the area and I have noticed that they are working really hard on removal. Its not always an easy thing to do. I have been a resident here at River Road for over three years and I do not have any complaints. The apartment is very spacious and is alot of apace for the money. The location is great! Close to all the nice things on the Northside. The office staff is friendly and always seem to care if there are any issues and are really good at follow up. I have refered many people to move here! By the way they pay a great referal bonus!
