I have lived in River road for nearly a year now and yes, I have had one or two service orders that maybe took a day longer to fix than normal but nothing to the extint I have read here. I moved from a house and had to pay a plumber about $80.00/hr. to take care of some bathroom shower problems I had. Overall, I enjoy living here. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
