I have never been so determined to move out of an apartment than I was at River Road Apartments. I literally counted down the days until my lease was up. 99% of the tenants are not smart enough to understand that there is a maximum number of occupants for a one bedroom apartment (i.e. they didn't grow up in the US). Get a life people.

The apartment itself was pretty decent, once I fixed it up and made it my own. It was mainly the poor maintenance, smelly hallways, unlit parking lot, loud mexican music and the feeling that I was walking into a fiesta the moment I arrived home from work.

Please do not live here if you do not fit into the above mentioned demographic. I am moving on to bigger and better things, and am willing to pay A LOT more after living here. I truly see now why this place is so cheap. IT IS A DUMP and it is not for working professionals or recent college grads. Living at college was better than this!!!!

I urge anyone who is considering this place to take your business elsewhere. I know there are competitively priced places right down the road that are much more suited for what you are looking for, especially if you would like to avoid the run down enviornment and smelly tenants of River Road Apartments.

River Road is certainly not a trashy dump! Take one drive through the community and you will see that it is not! This person sounds not only racist but very shallow! Why don't you get a life!

Do you realize that you are a racist? I lived there a year ago. I am Mexican and I am an educated professional. I take offense to your ignorant comments. I'm not claiming that River Road was a good place to live, but don't blame the Mexican population. Think before you speak (type).
