Where do I start. Do I start with the maintenance work that is either never done or never done correctly. I have fixed things on my own on occasion. They abide by their rules only when it is convienent for them. If you want to live in a place where you have to walk a mile to throw away your trash in very stinky trash compactors that are in very unsafe areas and you want to live where personality is not a requirement for the staff then go right ahead. They are shady people who will say whatever they have to say to get you to sign a lease. And then once you live there you discover differently. I pray for anyone who lives in these dumpy apartments.
