Don't Do it!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Don't let the location, and affordable rent fool you. I have lived in river road apartments for 1 year. They are in a great location, they affordable prices, and some nice ammenities. They are old, and dirty. I have had to call maintance, and emergency maintance several times. My sister's car was hit, and noone bothered to leave a note.....it did 3,000 damage. My car was keyed, amd my fiance's and the neighbors car's had their battery's drained. We have had the power, and heat go out, and when we moved in the carpet was dirty, and the sink didn't even have a drain attached! I hope this is all the review you need.
