For my first apartment, River Road is great. My apartment is a 1 bedroom, about 500 square feet, so its small. But its definetly not as bad as all the reviews on here make it out to be. The front office is very helpful and it is a great place to live if you are looking for something affordable. I've lived here for almost 6 months now and other than an AC problem in the summer, I have had absolutely no majors problems, and when there were problems they were fixed very quickly.

Well, since the worst reviews were from 2 years ago, I'd say they have at least TRIED to fix things ... you have no idea how bad/dirty/unsafe it used to be. Ever driven around the whole complex at night and taken a look around? Sketch.
