the problems I have had were resolved quickly and I have no complaints. As with any apartment situation, good neighbors, meaning quiet and thoughtful of others, make all the difference. The office staff members are professional and there are no hidden tricky charges like in some places. For the location the property is amazingly quiet. I like it here.
