-Great proximity to 465/74.
-Relatively Clean
-Friendly Community and Staff
-Close to Consumer Centers
-Zero Crime Rate (I think)
-Spacious Floor Plans
I'm only moving because a 1 bedroom is out of my price comfort zone, but extremely affordable with 2 person! I would not hesitate to come back here if I had a roomate or no student loans!

Nowhere is there zero crime, please do not get caught up in that. Do not let your guard down, be aware of your surroundings.
A friend of mine and her then boyfriend moved into Riverchase when the complex was about a year old, a couple of months later his car and four other cars were broken into while they were visiting her family in Chicago for the Thanksgiving holiday. Riverchase management was no help, they were not even sympathetic with their plight.
Also,keep in mind that Riverchase is a fairly new apt. complex and hasn't really had time to deteriorate yet.
I'm just saying take the normal precautionary measures to protect yourself, locking doors, having your keys ready when you walk to your car, etc. I do think that it's one of the nicest complexes on the Westside though.
