The Good:
* Convenient access to I-465 * Decently priced * Pool & hot tub * Fitness center & indoor basketball * Business center * Good floor plans and relatively nice views * Spacious surrounding area * Fireplaces available * Generally quiet * Garages & carports available ($) * Nice large clubhouse * Walk in closets * Ice maker in refrigerators ----------
The Bad:
* Exterior building hallways and stairways have always been very dirty. I am embarrassed that my guests and I have to walk through them to get to my apartment. Current management is aware and mentioned that this particular issue can/will be addressed.
* Location is far from much upscale dining and shopping. The shopping areas in the surrounding area only cover the basics. Expect to drive for a little while for anything special.
* Kitchen areas are small. There is no pantry in my apartment, and kitchen cabinet space is limited. The shortage of space can be an inconvenience for families, people who purchase in bulk, gourmets, and those who entertain.
* Bathrooms are small, and some may find them to be too small, especially since the housing market is advocating for more spacious such amenities. ---------
Other:
There are no high end stainless steel appliances here or granite counter tops, however the appliances and fixtures (in my experience so far) have worked and been in good shape. All appliances (including fireplaces, where available) are electric. Washer and dryer connections are standard.
As of this month, the property is under new ownership and managed/maintained by an entirely new staff, which could be good, bad, or altogether indifferent. (As of this post, this property has a 92% recommendation and 4.62 rating, with 13 reviews.) It's a little early to tell at this point where things are headed. It would definitely be worth reading more recent reviews to find out if and how these numbers go up, down, or stay the same. ----------
Hope that helps.
