I moved here in January of 2008 sight unseen as I did all my apartment browsing over the Internet. I chose Riverchase due to the high ratings on this site. After having talked with a rep. who worked for JC and then moving in sometime later I found that they were very honest and definatly very customer oriented.

I am a single female living on a 3rd floor beautiful one bedroom apartment that is very cozy. The living room is a good size and so is the bedroom. My bathroom is perfect with the garden size tub and I do not think it is that small...I have no problem dancing around in there while getting ready for work or what have ya. My kitchen is cute too. True, it is not a huge kitchen but, it is easy to keep clean, I have plenty of room to dance around while cooking and just for extra storage I have put a few shelves up in my coat closet. It is really just the cutest. Dish Washer works great and yes, all my appliances match...

Recently the previous owners sold the property to a new company who just arrived approx. 3 weeks from todays date. I have talked with them a few times and they are very good listners and seem very nice. They have great plans for our home here at Riverchase and I look forward to enjoying the upgrades that are coming soon. I am new to Indianapolis and have found that getting things done to be a little challenging not knowing the ropes of Indy and I still depend on Mapquest a lot to get me from point A to Point B...I can just imagine the hard work and dedication of a new Management company shopping around to find the best contractors to improve what is already a great place to live. JC had great staff and I believe time will prove that Riverchase will still be a great place to live with the new Management.

#2. Ok, it has been a few weeks and I am still satified. There is a lot of stuff going on around here with the improvements. It is like I am excited to come home after work and see what they have done next. We do have a bit of mud to deal with since the contractors were not thinking prior to driving there equipment on wet grass...heck, I am not into construction and I would know better than that.

A few weeks ago I was talking to the Manager. I was inquiring into a dryer rental as mine was just not drying at all...it was taking three cycles just to get them dry enough to hang on a chair. Well, instead of gouging me for money and going ahead with the rental she suggested that my dryer vent was probably clogged and she would have the maintenance man come to my apartment and clean out my vent. This was "same day" service. My vent was blown and my existing dryer works like new.

Here recently my toilet was not working properly. I called and one day later "fixed"! In addition, I bought a light to be installed in my living room...again "next day". Only issue was the light I bought was broke so, I have to get another.

I still have no complaints and believe me when it comes to complaining...I am good at it.

I am not a staff member and I have proudly put my e-mail on here. I don't talk to neighbors that much but, if you run into me I will have nothing but good things for the place that I call home. All changes and upgrades come with little bumps in the road.
