I have lived here for 4yrs and i love it. I am exceited about all the changes coming and i think the new management is great! I disagree with the other comments below. I think the problem is that most people don't like change and since there has been a change they are not even giving the new management a chance. I will be renewing my lease, the reasons i will is because the new management plans on remodeling everything here. I have always had issues with the pool and hot tub and they are tearing it apart and re-doign it, the club house was outdated and so was the fitness center and they are re-doing that too, and our units too (new carpet or new tile etc..) and it is worth my increase. I wasn't happy at first about it but after i called around and got prices i found out it was way cheaper for me to stay than to move. I will stay for some time and would reffer anyone to live here! I believe people just need to give the new management a chance!
