Can't recommend and I will be moving when my lease is up

Naturally the new staff will attempt to convince everyone that they are new and improved. But for those who have lived through the transition...we beg to differ. If you just moved in, you can't compare to what it used to be and what it used to be is this--a very nice place to live with an excellent staff. You would be hard pressed to find a maintenance man like Mike. He was personable and prompt. The new manager appears to have difficulty even remembering tenants names. You can call and ask questions but apparently the other girls in the office aren't allowed to answer and instead, have to "check with Heather". Heather apparently takes a long time to respond because noone calls back. My wife and I have lived here over two years. We will not be renewing our lease. The location and the apartments are nice but certainly not worth what the new rents will be. I think it's time Greystar took a look and figure out what J C Hart was doing "customer serivice" wise because it was obviously working.

As a resident who has experience with both J.C. Hart management and that of Greystar at this property, I agree with these sentiments.
