I woke up this morning to my car window shattered and my car robbed. I was told that this was a safe place to live. That they did background checks of the people that live there. They had a security guard, though I never once have seen him. There were security videos. LIES, I would have never moved here. Now I am buying a gun!!!!
Since moving here, I have had to kill on average 5 spiders a day, I now have little worm like bugs coming in from the ground, poorly made buildings...what else is wrong with the place' They have had owners change 2 times since moving here.... that is scary' very scary. I am hiring a lawyer and getting out of this bug infested, unsafe, dump ASAP.

Wow, just a few years ago this place had a 92% approval rating. It just goes to show you what changing management can do. I had some very close friends that lived there right after they were built and the apts. were REALLY nice. The tenants were mostly young professionals. It's really a shame, with Island Club being the ghetto that it is now, Riverchase was one of the nicest complexes on the Westside. They shouldn't have changed management companies. If it ain't broke don't fix it. :)
