I live in these apartments almost a year I am paying 669.00 a month for a very very small one bedroom and now they are saying they are less then 500.00 plus I am paying 65.00 for a garage you do the math this place has changed management more then I change my underwear three times since I have been here. The office personel sucks they do not keep accountability of when you pay your rent. I pay my rent way before it is due yet when I needed conformation that I do they would not give it to me claiming the computers were down and then when you ask for the manager they always have an excuse. I know they have the information in a folder cause I saw it with my own eyes when they claimed I did not pay my rent at one time when I did. Made me want to just up and get the heck out of this place. You don't know who lives in your building cause it seems like there is a different face everyday roaming around I myself feel these people are so unorganized and disrespectful to good paying customers and they will rip off whoever they can.

I am not trying to say that the previous management is perfect but really when you come to rent an apartment the rent is what you agree to. An yes there are different specials that are ran at different times through out the year so of course everyones rent my not be the same its not that you are being ripped off. An we all know that computers may not always be reliable. Granted it does cause problems sometimes, but when PMR companies came in they fixed it all. An you do have to remember that when you live in an apartment any one that qualifies is able to move in. They can not discriminate against that so yes for many different reasons you may see new faces. PMR Companies has come in with a GREAT attitide as far as team work,professional,and customer service. Things can only go up from here.
