The other posts on this site are not kidding when they say that the place had gone down hill! Greystar was a horrible company, however, the new company is wonderful! Things actually get done. They are not leasing to just anyone off the streets. They maintain the upkeep of the premises, and ensure people don't leave trash outside of their apartments. The company is also making some nice renovations to the apartments and the clubhouse. If you have a problem and you call the office, they are very quick to help. They are also bringing the online rent pay back. It's going to take a little while to clean up Greystar's mess, but this company truly has the customer in mind.

Well, I do agree that the phone call should not have been so rushed, but I also see it as she remembered and didnt forget as stated previously. An I find it very hard to belive that the word Jeez was used. Have you ever sat and talked to them? They are just as nice as if they were your neightbor. Everyone has a bad day.

I have to disagree. They are making an attempt, but I've had bad experiences with the office staff. The most recent one, I called because my toilet wasn't working. A few minutes later, I got it working on my own so I called the office back. When the girl answered, I said my name and that I had just called about my toilet. The girl said (very rudely), "Yea, I know, I have someone working on it. Jeez." I told her that I fixed it and she said "Oh" and hung up! Absolutely no reason to be rude to me other than she thought she knew what I was calling about.

I find it difficult to sit and talk to them because they are either 1) talking to each other and ignoring you while you wait or 2) on the phone on what is obviously a personal call. I think they need an onsite manager who is older and can manage a staff of young girls. I want to work at Riverchase if I can sit and chit-chat all day long with my co-workers and friends. What happened to helping the tenants? Isn't that actually what they are getting paid for? And I agree with the above comment: they have absolutely no telephone manners. Rude..Rude..Rude. Don't they answer to anyone or do they just do as they want?

I hear they are all related or best friends and that they hang out together partying at night too! so its not suprising to me that they are always chit chatting in the office and on the phone. At least the other company was friendly and attentive. These guys suck.
