This place was great when I moved in about a year and half ago. Now, something just doesn't seem right. Not sure if it is the management or what. There seems to be a lot of people moving out, and the people moving in aren't quite people I would usually want as neighbors (noisy, apathetic). This is reflected in the fact that there have been two murders in the past two months here, along with multiple other crimes, which seem to go unnoticed by management.

I knew there was one murder. When did the other one happen? I know that someone tried to steal my gasoline last weekend. I had to park by the clubhouse since there is never a parking place. I didn't hear anything about another murder.

I might have been mistaken. There was another shooting, but it may not have resulted in death. But a shooting nonetheless! Also, near the clubhouse is probably the worst place to park. People usually don't go over there at night, and it is surrounded by garages and such. I know of at least one car getting broken into over there. There was a murder in late May, 2009 and another shooting in August, 2009. Not sure if the second shooting resulted in a death or not. There is plenty of crime here. I would not advise anyone moving here. It is not safe.
