I would NEVER recommend this place. I have been here 4 years and they still haven't fixed things that were promised to be fixed during my first year here. The maintence man is lazy!! They won't even shovel your walks until they come in at 9am... after everyone has already left for work. The streets lights aren't on half the time, and it is very dark in the wooded areas. Raccoons have taken over the trash dumpsters. They don't honor or offer maintence items being fixed within 24 hours. You will wait at least 3-4 days. The only reason I haven't left yet is that I can't afford to move again, yet... but I am trying to move anyways this year.
