Riverwood

We've only lived here about a month (although I lived here in '96), but I don't see what the problem is with these townhomes. My husband and I have really enjoyed them so far. The complex is small and very quiet. I wish there were sidewalks (especially for the children to play on), but that would be my only complaint so far.

We had a few maintenace issues and they came out the same day, within the hour, that we called.

The downstairs is extremely roomy and is an awesome lay-out. As far as the raccon problem...THE APARTMENTS ARE SUROUNDED BY WOODS ON THREE SIDES. What would you expect?? What is the management supposed to do about that? Set traps for them and kill the little creatures? What a incredible, ignorant statement to make. And the "bug problem" has been in EVERY apartment I have ever lived in. No, I don't enjoy it, but we did ask the front about this problem (after reading these reviews) and they said that it used to be pretty bad, but have since hired a different company to spray the grounds/buildings and it has improved tremendously.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, quiet home close to to everything between 96th and 82nd. (the only problem is turning left out of complex, but not the managements fault, since the apartments sit so closely to the 96th/Allisonville Rd. stop light.)

I'm sure the other people on here had problems, but none of them are directly related to this place. They are complaints that would happen at ANY apartment complex. If they think this is bad, try living in a HUGE complex where NOTHING gets done. The last place we lived (Hickory Place) NEVER came to fix anything and we had no AC for the summer....now that's something to complain about!
