do NOT move here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I have lived in Riverwood for almost a year now and I have been counting down the days till my lease is up since probably day 2 of living here. The place is completely falling apart. Drawers are falling apart, AC is broken, Ants everywhere, toilet leaks and has been "fixed" twice still leaks all over, even came to the point where cops had to be called because other residents are creepy. Plain creepy. It is a great price for a townhouse..definitely..but I'd rather pay more and feel safe with things that work and without bugs crawling all over me!
