I have lived here for several years but will be leaving shortly. When I first moved in, it was a quiet,safe, clean place to live. Sure the place is dated...old cabinets painted over many times, creeky floors upstairs, inadequate insulation (gets hot upstairs in the summer). But for the price is was a good bargain when I moved in. Very convenient to 465 and major roads. The onsite manager at the time made sure residents abided by the rules or they were removed. She was more concerned with making it a nice place for current residents than filling every unit with whomever. But I must say the place has gone downhill the past couple years and the class of residents has gone down with it. Management now seems more concerned with filling the apartments at all costs rather than making it a nice,safe place to live for residents. Noisy people sitting outside late at night drinking and talking loud, cars thumping their music, beer bottles left over on the side of the road most mornings, vandalism. If you call the office they just tell you to call the police. I hope they can rectify the problem and make this back into the nice place it was before. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
