This property is not a friendly place to live the management company changes so much no one knows what the other is doing. The employees work here part time and at another property the other time makes no sense they cant understand this properties needs when they are back and forth. Riverwood is in its third owner within a year. The new managment company buckingham management is awful they are trying to add so many rules they have taken away basketball court we have no rim, the pool is yet to be open its broken who knows when they will fix it. They are more concerned with adding new signs way to prioritize (bad job). Kids have nothing to do no pool no basketball the park is so run down its looks terrible not kid friendly property do not move here if you have children. The siding and paint on the townhouses looks so ragedy in need of remodeling for years. Way over priced for an awful place to live it is a good location. The new owners are not making it any better there is no community room no workout facility no nothing some ragedy wooded views and townhouses that fall apart so many things go wrong within the units. The front office employees are not helpful and the new management company buckingham dont want to actually be envolved with anything they bought a bad complex and thats why things arent getting better and are pool is still unfixed they probably dont have the money to fix. I would never recommend anyone to pick this complex to call home. Look around before you sign here.

I live at Riverwood as well and can tell you who this resident is. She does nothing but complain, and from what I could see from passing by her open door, her apt is filthy. In fact, I am surprised management has not evicted this person and her annoying/loud children already from the problems they cause. She is crazy b/c the pool is great, and she's upset b/c they took away basketball based on the fact that "no good" people were coming to play from anywhere. In my opinion, that was the best decision they could have made. I love my apartment based on price, size, and the fact that it is a 2-story comfortable townhome. I just stumbled upon this site and couldn't believe the negative responses...and I quickly realized that the negative comments you see are primarily from "Complainers," who ----- just to -----. These folks need to get a life....or just shut up and move...to somewhere they can actually afford.

To the person who post this the only way you would know if someone complains is if you work in the office or are a maintenence. I also live at Riverwood and you cannot see in a apartment passing by because the living room is sunken and you can only see the stairs passing by. I think that this is a clear case of someone in the office taking offense and doing a bad job of hiding there feeling toward a resident. The only people who complain about kids are the ones who dont have any like the apartment co manager who lives alone. Everyone else has famlies and they didnt take out the basketball court the rim broke it had nothing to do with the people using it. I know who you are so the next time I see you just hope I dont call you out on this BS. Do not move here I feel sorry that this lady who makes her feelings known is being labled as a complainer The only person with acess to complaint are management and if you go this far to website hunt and try to bash current resident like that or that big ugly neon sign will make people want to live in this trashy neighborhood. ALso dont ever talk about kids or u can get your self in tons of trouble you dont disrespect anyones children. You just dont talk about anyones kids so again how do u know i complain and with sunkin livin room you cant see in and no screen door so my door is not open unless walking in or out so again you are trying to sell the apartment in your comment maybe it will work and maybe you'll get a tenant. SO again you get a life because you had to comment on my comment so you must need a man or get some kids of you own.

Just curious if the people that post are actually residents? I have been told that other Apartment complexes disguise themselves as residents to post complaints about their competitors apartments. So how does one know who or what to beleive?
