When I first moved in here it was a quiet little neighborhood, a perfect place for me and my roommate to live. This place had definately gone down in the dirt.. I don't feel safe in my own home living here. I would say 85% of the residents are drug related people. It is always noisey here, there is either screaming kids outside or they are doing some sort of unnescary work at an ungodly hour. They mowing crew starts at eight am so if you dont work a regular nine to five forget sleeping in.
I had a garden of pumpkins I was going to hand out at Halloween outside of my residence that was totally destroyed without me even being notified. I woke up one morning and went outside to check my mail and found my garden trampled and torn apart, thrown onto my sidewalk. They supposedly did it so that they could put in gardens of their own. Later that day when i was walking my dog I noticed that my garden was the only garden that was torn up. I was furious! I couldnt even get the simple common courtsey of someone knocking on my door to tell me that they had to tear my garden apart.
Parking is always a task, esp on the weekends. Sometime you have to park very far from your house.
This summer when the pool was supposed to open, a notice was sent out saying the pool was broken and they would try to have it opened in two weeks. They didn't even start working on it till about three weeks later. The pool is supposed to be open now, but since they have not done maintenance to it it has turned green and no one can swim in it.
Forget trying to call the office, the people that work in there do not answer the phones.. One day my roommate called the office and no one answered so she walked there. There was a person sitting at the desk by the phone, doing nothing... they do not return your calls either. If you put in a work order you usually have to call it in again at least once because the work order seems to get "lost"
Save yourself the trouble and dont bother to even look at a place here.
