True - they do switch owners all the time.

True - the pool was NOT completed in the time frame they alloted and is NOW green (has been for a week), I even offered to help free of charge

True - the racoons are always in the trash (they are huge and one has one eye)

True - they give residents SHORT (one day notice) that they are going to do any outside maintenance

True - they did tear up that ladies garden and not other residents gardens when they did the yard remodel (HIGHLY Discriminatory)

True - the kids are always all over the place, screaming, being disrespectful, and solicitating at your door (when they are not supposed to) without an adult. The kids run wild in the neighboorhood with NO adult presence what-so-ever. I saw a baby walking around and NO parent in site. If you are a child molester, this is your DREAM place.

True - Yes they (a certain group of people) do sit around their cars and drink beers (usually Tuesdays) and make a bunch of noise and scream at each other and keep the radio bummping and leave their beers all over the parking lot. Just call the cops on them. The parking lot is NOT a bar.

True - The front office staff are less than helpful, the manager is somewhat helpful, but that's only if you can ever get a hold of him, because as they said before, he does allocate his time between 2 properties. The front office harldy ever answers the phone, I believe they screen calls, because they don't want to have to deal with certain residences, if you ask them to tell the manager to call you, he does not, I'm not sure if this is because they never pass the note along or if he dosn't have time to deal with you either. Who knows' Either way, it is VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

True - The maintenance staff has for the most part blown me away, they are very helpful, when they do have a work order

True - Everytime it rains hard, my townhome carpet will be drenched, I can't move my t.v. in front of the living room window because of this. This is property structure damage, that they refuse to fix, instead they just send me a shop vac (if they even do this)

True - If they promise anything by word of mouth, no matter what it is, get it in WRITING or you will NEVER see it happen, they will lie to you and everything. Still waiting on my 2 walls to be painted from resigning up my second year. I'm on my third year here, and no walls were ever painted.

Make your own decision about moving here based on the above, but your rent will always go up, every year you live here, between $50.00 and $100.00.
