Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005

the mananger is never there always on vacation the property is ate up with termites.all the pipes are old and broken down.we had 4 water leaks in are ceiling from broken pipes. water was shut off at least 6 times while we lived there for pluming repairs.when it was raining water would come in are patio door,and would also get the ceiling wet,complained never fixed.old air condioning units went out three times in summer.and lots of drug activity in parking lot.
