	the mananger is never there always on vacation the property is ate up with termites.all the pipes are old and broken down.we had 4 water leaks in are ceiling from broken pipes. water was shut off at least 6 times ... more

	This place has Great features, and horrible drawbacks on both sides, so it evens out if you're willing to live an average life
