A lot to be desired

I moved into Runaway Bay on 12-30 and noticed an odor that was similar to animal urine. I immdiately documented this on my move in inspection and contacted the office since the smell did not dissipate with cleaning. A long story short, a black light inspection determined carpet needed to be replaced due to 60% saturatin with urine (I have never owned a pet so the thought is disgusting). Instead the office gave me some crap about enzyme fighting the bacteria (I am a biochemist and did not buy this). The apartment still smells and finally there is some promise of replacing the carpet after a month. I threatened to seek counsel. It is amazing how difficult doing the right thing, right away is.
