Quiet thus far but the lower apt is vacant. We waited to get the apt we desired and the view is great. We are happy with the layout and size of the apt as well as the balcony/deck. One improvement on the grounds would be that weekend trash is compacted more frequently - it tends to overrun. Maintenance staff is friendly and responds quickly. Interior paint could have been better.
