I moved in at the end of 12-2005. From the beginning there was this odor in the apartment which later was found to be pet urine. It took over a month before and management change for them to replace the carpet which was recommended by the professional carpet cleaner. Strike one. Strike two. The most important aspect of a selected community for me was the peace and quiet which lasted for about 3 weeks into the residents below arrived. Since then I have complained and so has other residents time after time and nothing has happened. Last night I was called a b@@@@ and they neighbor was yelling at me because he noticed I got his apartment number so I can call the police. I have left a message with the office because it has always been apparent that we our not compatable, but let's see if this goes ignored as well. I may have to break my lease as I do not feel safe.
