Needs a lot of work. 1st A new staff.

Staff Needs major Work with attitude and telling the truth. They really dropped the ball on the powerwashing lie. Parking Bad. Nice apartments, area is ghetto. Bugs are a real problem and apparently they don't want to fix it. Needs to be revamped and on the show, Apartment nightmares.
