Where do I start- oh! I know! the Office Staff- if the manager isn't around, they all take a vacation. Forget about a human being EVER answering the phone, yes even between 9:00am and 5:00pm on weekdays. If you leave a voice message asking them to call you back, or if you request maintainance work over the phone- fehgeddaboutit! Nobody is ever in the office before 9:20am on weekdays, so if you do decide to stop by at their office on your way to work on a weekday morning- call in late. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing in this place. We eventually got friendly with the maintainance guys kids and would just get a hold of them to go get their dad to fix things.
The apartments- even by apartment standards, they are dismal- one night during a thunderstorm, one of our bedroom windows was leaking so badly that there was literally a wall of water running down the window. Look for huge gaps under the french doors that will turn your apartment into an icebox once winter sets in. Cold air comes in through any unoccupied electrical outlet- I don't know how! The door knobs are disastrous and the locks on the doors never worked. The walls are like paper. The plumbing is the worst part- look for a clogged toilet at least twice a week.
The appliances are the worst- brand new ovens don't work.Dishes you put in the dishwasher come out dirtier than they were when you put them in. The management did not replace air filters on the HVAC unit in the year and a half that we were there.

sorry you have had this experience. i lived there for 3 years. first 2 were amazing wonderful staff, then the staff suddenly ALL changed with no warning and the last year was awful. new management and staff that is never there, doesnt get anything done, etc. lets hope someone fixes this soon!

I totally agree with you 100% The office staff totally sucks! If you go in there and the doors are shut and says they will return at 11:30 and you go in at 12, no one is there. Nice! Also- no one ever knows what they are doing! You can talk to one person one day and have everything clear and the next time you go in they have no idea what they are talking about!!!! I think someone needs to complain to the owners about the staff. Absolutely horrible!

um that's the point of this website. they are giving their "ratings" and "reviews" on the apartments and people like myself like this website because it gives you one persons opinion of what they liked and disliked and what to be aware of. chances are they probably did move, hence the so called "b*tching" if you like it tell us why or leave the website if their complaining bothers you. it's not like your forced to read it. i'd prefer to know what i'm getting myself into with perspectives of many different ppl. it's their experience so thank you guys for sharing. it's not like their one opinion stops all these apt complexes from being full...
