my boyfriend and i and 2 children have been living here for going on 4 mo. we will b leaving soon as he was here on contract work and i am very sad to go. i cannot say much about the office staff as we have had very few complaints and have not had to deal with them much but whenever we do need them they seem very helpful! when we first moved in there were a few maintenence problems but with one call the men were here very quickly and fixed them so we have had no more problems. the area surrounding the apartments is not the greatest area of speedway but the apartments are set apart from it all and the complex itself is very nice as well as the schools in the area! not many problems with the neighbors. there is a good mix of older ppl with kids/college students and there are some that 'party' but the worst ive seen was several neighbors across from us drinking and playing bean bag until 2 am. they have never been extremely loud or rowdy...just having a good time on the weekend. parking is great if u can get a driveway/garage. there is lots of other parking but sometimes can be difficult to get a spot right by your apartment as they are not assigned. overall though i love this place and am very sad to have to leave.
