The apartment complex could be better. Property managers have changed several times as well as maintenance personnel. They have had a gate for over 3 years, but it never works in fact the control box isn't even setup. Most of the common areas were supposed to be remodeled over a year ago, but haven't happened. The washer/dryers never work and mold is a common problem.
