I had several problems with the furnace and stove and everytime they fix it, it breaks down again. Had a constant problem with bugs.
They kept the grounds pretty clean. It's not too bad. They need staff that knows how to fix things.

That is still true today that they do need to hire staff that knows how to fix things.
