I lived in Salem Courthouse for 6 months and overall I can say that you got to have a lot of patience with the staff and the neighbors. The staff was always accusing me of paying rent late when in fact I paid early, make sure you keep your receipts!!! The neighbors are always having their dogs ---- all over the place. My apartment back side had a collection of dog poo (Not very neighborly!). Lastly their rates are not worth the quality. I'd pass if I were you.
