I Live at Salem Courthouse. I have been here 4 years. I think the new management is geting a bad rap here. Since they took over it has been wonderful! They have repainted the halls, They are in the process of cleaning all the carpets, the have even been making changes to get rid of all the bad neighbors that AIMCO let in. The management staff is very friendly and they really seem to care. However the service team does need some work. So far I have been very impressed. When AIMCO was here is was getting bad. They let anyone in and they never fixed or cleaned anything! I can't wait to see what else is in store.

the new management is horrible. They only want to sell. Once the sale is done - they are done with you. You probably are the management, yes?

I agree with the first 3 response you have got to be kidding me, I dont know who is worse the previous management or the ones we have now!

Sounds like management is reading these reviews, but instead of fixing things, they are offering excuses or explanations of what they are working on. NOthing new on their part though!! Stay away from this slum. It isn't as bad as Cottages of fall Creek, but I think it is headed that way.
