I have lived in salem courthouse for 3 years and we are getting out of here! The management has horrible communication skills. Every time I put a work order in they say they say they will have it fixed within 24-48 hours. I always end up calling them a few days later to find out where they are and they give me a lame excuse with an attitude attached. It also took them 6 months to cover up the gang signs that were spray painted on several buildings. They covered them up with white paint on brown buildings so it looks great. I would strongly discourage anyone from moving here.
