I have every complaint under the sun. When I first moved in nothing on the checklist was done..the attendant at the front desk gave me the form and told me to do the checklist and give it to her later! I was like okay because the apartment seemed okay but upon later inspection it was not i checked almost everything on the list. they had did nothing. It took them a month to fix everything. The rail on the loft was loose and needed to be painted, loose cabinets, all the appliances and very old and outdated and the dishwasher I had was old, rusted and didnt work it took them a month to replace that. My heat was off for 2 months. The parking is bad. They didnt even bother to shovel the snow or hire a contractor to do the parking lots this past winter storm. The foundation on my wall was cracking and need to be badly fixed it took them a month to do it. Currently the washer is leaking from the thrird floor down to the lobby by the back door. There is literally a whole in the ceiling, due to the leaking or should I say pouring because the water literally pours down to the floor when the washer spins, the carpet is mildewed and stinky, the whole building smells, the neighbors and I have been calling for a month...nothing...I would NOT recomend this place to anyone. I am moving when my lease is up and I am not looking back.
