They finally got someone in the leaseing who knows what their doing. Yes, the apartments have problems. Namely the fact that there are safty issues. The rough area is heading north. That's not the apartments fault. The offrice finally got someone to put their foot down and get the problems resulved. Sure, I see small improvements. My neighbors that had people going in and out all hours of the day and night FINALLY got evicted!! I never saw the same people go in and out of that place. Sure my car got the window busted out. That again I blame on my neighbors "guests". I haven't had the same issues now that they are gone. They are trying to get the problem people out of the community. I like the area. I've been here for 3 years. I go to school in this area. I'm not going to leave. I have even told friends that want to move to the north east side about Salem. I want people I know are going to be good for the community to live here. If their going to be getting ride of the bad, I'll help them bring in the good.
