The complex is making a comeback! The management team and office staff are dedicated to making things right. They ensure that repairs are taken care of promptly and correctly. The team is continuing to make improvements to the entire complex, and making it a better community. Any issue that is presented to the management team is handled quickly and promptly. I am sure even better things are to come.

Yeah, this sounds like this was written by a resident.....or an employee of the complex trying to boost reviews. Who writes like that?

I live at Salem Courthouse(have for going on two years). They do not fix things in a timely manner. Last summer when it was 80-90 degrees outside my air was broken and it was an ordeal to get them to fix it. If I were an elderly person I probably wouldn't be typing this now. I would have moved out when my last lease was up, but was not in a financial position of do so. I am now and will be moving soon. Also, this author of "a place to call home" is definitely someone who works or owns the complex. It was posted 01/08 and I can assure you things are not better. I had to put a fraud alert on my credit report this month after I realized I was missing mail(box vandalized). Mind you, we have locked boxes....
