the bad outweighs the good...

With every location there are the good points and the bad.
Scandia has great access to the city, the apartments are large and offer great closet space and the amenities are pretty good.
But that's where it stops.
The maintence crew can't perform their jobs, unless it's hiding in their golf carts while supposedly working.
Or how about the fact that any upgrades on the property involve piles of manure being piled in the parking lots along with various trucks and dumpsters.
It was better when we had dumpsters in each court, the racoons mess was a lot less than what's happening now with the trash compactors.
They also seem to believe that snow belongs piled up on the sidewalks that are covered in ice.
The management is thoughtless except when they're reeling you in.
BEWARE!
