I lived in the one-bedroom loft apt with the wooded view for a year and loved it.
It was the most unique apartment layout in town.
They are older apartments, but you get a lot of space for the price.
Highly recommend taking a look at Scandia.
My boyfriend and I later upgraded to a 2 bedroom with a den.
We had a fabulous wooded view and tons of space--biggest closests in Indy!!
A few problems: the transition from dumpsters in front of each building to trash compacters only in the front was a bad idea.
Too inconvenient to drive your trash across the parking lot, especially in the winter or rain.
The wooded view attracts gigantic bugs (and raccoons) and socializing on your balcony in the summer is bad when you're fighing off swarms of bugs.
Scandia also attracts a younger crowd, so don't live there if you're looking for peace and quiet!But as apartments go, Scandia is overall pretty good.
