I have lived in Scandia for almost 6 months.
There is a bug problem that they have sprayed for once (I have yet to see cockroaches, mainly waterbugs).
My car was vandalized in the first month, and now I have to pay too much for a garage.
I've had 2 people tell me that their apartments have been broken into in the past year, and had things stolen.
The clubhouse has been "out of order" since I moved in because of arson, so they have been repairing it for the 6 months.
It took 2 days for snow removal, and even at that, the sidewalks are really icy.
They apartment itself it quite spacious, but the windows are so old and draft that the furnace has to run 24-7.
My cabinets all need repair in the bathroom and kitchen.
Some of the tile in the bathroom is falling apart.
The staff tries to be helpful, but can get snotty, even when you drop off your rent.
With the apt rent, garage, and added water bill, Scandia is overpriced, and I should have paid $700 for a newer 1 bedroom instead of one that was built in the 80's.

got robbed by maintenance. seems to happen the same way to other tenants. the office manager has been playing the runaround game. plan to move asap
