Love Bugs and Terrible Service? Scandia's The Place For You!

The office staff has been extrememly rude and unprofessional from day one. For example, while "assisting" my roommate and I, one of the staff answered a personal phone call on his cell phone without so much as an "excuse me while I take this call." When we call with a problem, we are always promised a return call and resolution and have rarely received this. We have experienced several problems and when we present these problems to the staff they blame it on someone else or make a ridiculous excuse.
In my opinion, this staff needs some intense training on customer service and professional behavior.
Maintenance requests are frequently ignored. There are all sorts of bugs and spiders (spraying for pest requests are also ignored).
In conclusion, it is extremely frusterating to live in a place where the office staff is rude, unhelpful and there is no follow through on anything. I would never renew my lease here and I will probably never live in another AIMCO property.
