HORRIBLE Maintenance

This place has HORRIBLE maintenance.

Not just bad, but AWFUL.

They will not come to fix anything until you send them a request in writing (because then you can prove the date you requested it).

THEN, when the maintenance crew comes to "fix" things, they do a half-assed job and just cover things up or fix them long enough to make you think they did something.

DO NOT MOVE HERE unless you want to replace everything in your apartment.

There ARE moths that will eat your clothes...

the spiders are HUGE...and the service SUCKS.
