If you think these apartments are large for the price, obviously you are not doing your homework, you can drive just down the road to NEWLY built apartments with just the same amount of square footage, and they are much nicer.

I lived at Scandia for 1.5 years and the "wood" roaches (as the management would call them) were unbareable.

Plus the drug selling bass thumping neighbors were always a nusance.
