I am not sure how the ratings you have received is as high as it is.
My experience with Scandia and over 3 property managers in 18 months, I have been less than satisfied with your apartment's management strategies.
Important information regarding utilities was not communicated at time of lease siging, when a maintanence problem occurred, ie air conditioner not working, my disabled husband had to sit in the office area and demand service before it was resolved and the community called your property security.
Trash was always overflowing with rats, racoons etc.
The minimum was put into maintanence but pool, volleyball etc was always in best repair.
Cars partked against parking regulations, if they belong to employees are freinds of employees were never ticketed but other cars were always subjected to ticketing.
Parking was a joke, you fill the entire complex but add no parking spaces and no limits per apartment.
For the amount charged for this so called luxury, based on location I assume, the apartment complex is a slum in a high rent district.
