I've lived in Scandia for a year and a half. I've never had a problem with the office staff. In fact, Nancy is the one I've worked with the most and she was really helpful.
I've only had 2 occasions where I had to call for minor repairs and they were taken care of within a couple of days.
THESE APARTMENTS ARE LOUD! You can hear everything that goes on above or below you. I can clearly hear my downstairs neighbors fighting and having sex.
Not the nicest apartments around, but I feel like they're good for what you pay.
Overall my experience at Scandia has been positive, but there are nicer places in the same area.
